CLINICAL AUDIOLOGY
I obtained my Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from Vanderbilt University in 2017. During my time at Vanderbilt, I completed clinical placements in diagnostics, hearing aids, cochlear implants, vestibular evaluations, and electrophysiology with adult and pediatric patient populations. I then completed my clinical externship at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2016-2017. This clinical year provided me with intensive full time immersion in the clinic, allowing me to hone my clinical skills and style while gaining broader perspectives on patient care. While my clinical training spans the breadth of audiology services, my special interests are in pediatrics and cochlear implants. I maintain my Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCC-A) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association annually. Though I am not currently practicing in the clinic, I maintain my connections to the field through continuing education and conference attendance.
